RUN OF SHOW · 42a

Demo scenarios: Fever × 42a

The run-of-show for the Fever meeting (Wednesday 7 October 2026). Every line here was run against the demo's own tools on 5 October 2026, and every plan, venue, session, price, booking fee and quote comes from Fever itself: its search, its plan pages, its session data, its Terms and FAQs. London is complete, New York is a slice (every plan Fever lists in London; the 265 most-rated in New York).

Sessions, prices, fees and tickets left are read live from feverup.com at the moment you ask (cached up to 15 minutes). The numbers below are what Fever showed on 5 October; in the room they will be whatever Fever shows then, and the answer says "Live from feverup.com".

1 · A candlelit date night on Halloween

Person: sophie

What is real: every plan, the venue distances (straight line from Clapham Common), the sessions, the ticket types, the prices and fees, tickets left, the deep link.

What is demo: Sophie, and "her plan" (it lives in the demo; nothing is held at Fever).

What to type

  1. Find us a candlelit date night on Saturday 31 October, under £40 a head, not too far from Clapham.

  2. What's left on the Hans Zimmer one for two that night?

  3. Keep that for us.

  4. OK, let's book it. (then) Yes, go ahead.

What runs

TurnToolWidget
1search_experiencesexperiences
2check_sessions (live)sessions
3hold_plan with the session idplan
4checkout (preview), then checkout confirmcheckout, handoff

What you see

Turn 1. 17 Candlelight plans for Sat 31 Oct at £40 or less, closest venues first. On top: Candlelight: The Best of Hans Zimmer at Central Hall Westminster, from £21 incl. booking fee, about 4.3 km from Clapham Common, labelled Fever exclusive; then Candlelight: Ed Sheeran & Coldplay (same hall, from £21) and Tribute to Michael Jackson. Point at the price: Fever's from-price is all in, and the demo says so instead of adding a fee twice.

Turn 2. Read live from Fever: on Sat 31 Oct the Hans Zimmer concert plays 9:00 pm (there is no 6:30 pm that day). Seven ticket types, each with its own fee and count, from Restricted view balcony £20 + £1 booking fee (2 left) and Restricted view £20 + £1 (29 left) up to Premium £65 + £3.25. The pick for two: the balcony, £42 for 2. The source line says "Live from feverup.com".

Turn 3. On Sophie's plan: Hans Zimmer, Sat 31 Oct 9:00 pm, 2 × Restricted view balcony, £42 incl. £2 booking fees. It replaces the 24 Oct line she already had for the same concert. "Nothing is held at Fever."

Turn 4. The preview first (no link yet): £42 incl. £2 booking fees, Fever's refund terms and the plan's own exchange FAQ. Then the handoff: one link to feverup.com/m/100852?date=2026-10-31&time=21:00&session_id=418257340&seating_tickets=2, a FEV- reference for the audit, and the steps: sign in to Fever, pay there, tickets in the Fever app under Tickets.

End state

Sophie's plan holds one line (31 Oct). One handoff code on /journeys.

2 · Half-term with two kids, near ExCeL

Person: dev

What is real: the plans at Immerse LDN (Excel Waterfront), the slots, the ticket types, prices, fees, counts, ratings, cancellation windows.

What is demo: Dev and his children.

What to type

  1. Something immersive for the kids near ExCeL on Tuesday 27 October?

  2. Compare House of Dreamers and Timewalk for the three of us that day.

  3. What's the first House of Dreamers slot after midday?

What runs

TurnToolWidget
1search_experiencesexperiences
2compare_experiences (live)compare
3check_sessions (live)sessions

What you see

Turn 1. Nine immersive family plans, nearest first: Timewalk Immersive Experience Museum (from £20.50 incl. fee) and House of Dreamers (from £22.90, Fever exclusive), both at Immerse LDN, Excel Waterfront, about 0 km from ExCeL.

Turn 2. Side by side: from-price, rating on Fever (4.48 from 2,853 ratings vs 4.31 from 1,754), the station (Custom House for ExCel), Fever's 48-hour cancellation window for both, and the live line for Tue 27 Oct: House of Dreamers 31 slots, from 10:00 am, £21.90 + £1 booking fee (6 left); Timewalk 13 slots, from 10:00 am, £22.90 + £2 (14 left).

Turn 3. House of Dreamers, Tue 27 Oct 12:00 pm, Adult £21.90 + £1 booking fee, £68.70 for 3, 6 left. The concierge never picks a child, group, carer or "make your ticket flexible" line as "cheapest"; the children's prices are in the full ticket list.

End state

Nothing changed on Dev's plan unless you say "keep it".

3 · Four nights in New York

Person: maya

What is real: the New York plans (a slice: the 265 most-rated), dollars, the cathedral sessions and their two different shows.

What is demo: Maya and her trip dates.

What to type

  1. I'm in New York 14 to 17 November. Anything immersive?

  2. LUMINISCENCE at St Patrick's: what's the cheapest night for one?

What runs

TurnToolWidget
1search_experiencesexperiences
2check_sessions (live)sessions

What you see

Turn 1. Eleven immersive plans in New York for Sat 14 to Tue 17 Nov, in dollars: ARTE MUSEUM (from $24.99), Titanic: Echoes from the Past in VR, Mercer Labs (Fever exclusive), LUMINISCENCE: St. Patrick's Cathedral (from $36.59 incl. fee). The answer says New York is a slice.

Turn 2. Live: Sat 14 Nov 8:00 pm and 9:45 pm are LUMINISCENCE Live+ (Orchestra & Choir), Adult Limited View $65 + $4.04 booking fee; Sun 15 Nov 8:00 pm is the Digital/Recorded show at $44 + $3.06 ($47.06), 14 left. The cheapest night is a different show, and the zone name says so: say it out loud.

End state

Nothing changed.

4 · A gift for a sister who loves classical

Person: sophie

What is real: Fever's gift cards and their face values, the dated plans, the gift-card FAQ.

What to type

  1. A gift for my sister, who loves classical music. About £50.

  2. How long is a gift card valid, and are there fees?

What runs

TurnToolWidget
1gift_experiencegift
2experience_terms (or the gift's terms)terms

What you see

Turn 1. The Candlelight Gift Card - London first (from £25), then the Fever Gift Card (from £10), against dated classical evenings such as Classical Chillout Piano by Candlelight at St Mary le Strand. "A gift card lets them pick the date."

Turn 2. Quoted from Fever's gift-card FAQ: gift cards are "typically valid for one year from the date of issuance", no purchase or redemption fees on the card itself, redeemed in the Fever wallet or on an experience.

End state

Nothing changed.

5 · The awkward questions, and feverup.com itself

Person: sophie, then the extension on feverup.com

What is real: Fever Terms §4.4, the Candlelight FAQ, the plan's own exchange FAQ, the plan page.

What to type (in chat)

  1. Can I get Candlelight tickets cheaper on viagogo?

  2. Is there a promo code for Candlelight?

  3. Can I get a refund if we can't make it?

What to do (on feverup.com, with the extension loaded)

  1. Open https://feverup.com/m/100852. The concierge card appears ("About this plan"), and a Dates & fees button sits under Fever's own button.
  2. Open the drawer, type sophie in "Signed in as", press Dates & fees. Then open a listing (https://feverup.com/en/london/candlelight), press Ask on a plan card and Save in the drawer.

What runs

StepToolWhere
1-3search_experiences → house rulechat
5check_sessions, get_experience, save_experiencethe drawer on feverup.com

What you see

1. "I only send you to Fever's own plan page, where tickets are sold by Fever. I don't link resale sites." 2. "Fever doesn't publish a promo code I can give you, so I won't invent one." 3. Fever Terms §4.4, quoted: "The varying exchange and refund policies set forth by our Event Organizers prohibit Fever, by default, from issuing exchanges or refunds after a booking is placed", plus the Candlelight FAQ on the Flexible Cancellation Ticket (refund or exchange up to 48 hours before; the refund is the ticket price minus the 10% paid for the option). The plan data's 24-hour cancellation window is shown next to the FAQ's 48 hours, both as Fever states them.

4-5. The same live sessions as scenario 1, inside feverup.com; the save lands in the same journey as the ChatGPT chat.

End state

One more saved plan on Sophie's list (if you pressed Save).

6 · Fever holds the wheel

Person: sophie in chat, ops (or the console at /dashboard/rules)

What is real: the "Fever exclusive" labels (Fever's own), the Halloween shelf (feverup.com/en/london/halloween, WPF 569).

What is demo: the switches themselves (they are this demo's, set by Fever's team).

What to type and do

  1. As sophie: > Candlelight on Saturday 31 October.
  2. In /dashboard/rules (or as ops: "put Fever exclusives first and switch the banner on"): turn Fever exclusive first on, and switch the Halloween in London banner on.
  3. As sophie, again: > Candlelight on Saturday 31 October.

What runs

search_experiences, then fever_set_rules (exclusive_first: true) and fever_set_banner (enabled: true), then search_experiences.

What you see

Before: Hans Zimmer, then Disney Love Songs (labelled Limited Edition), then Ed Sheeran & Coldplay. After: Hans Zimmer, Ed Sheeran & Coldplay, Tribute to Adele, Mozart and Moonlight Sonata, Tribute to Michael Jackson: every one labelled Fever exclusive, and the banner "Halloween in London" rides on the answer, linking Fever's Halloween shelf. A person cannot flip these: fever_set_banner as sophie is refused.

End state

Rules and banner changed. Reset before the next run.
